Sales/Export Department

Client service is a company vocation. We rely on a human resources team with international experience, and technical and commercial training - their personalised service adapts to the needs of each client and every order.

We provide services to clients from around the world, in Spanish, English and French.

Sales/Logistics Department

At BDF Natural Ingredients our concern is to offer a quality service during the entire sales process, we carefully choose our logistics suppliers and undertake an exhaustive follow-up of all orders in order to anticipate any problems by maintaining direct contact with the client.

The Technical and R+D+I Department

We have an expert technical team who have studied food technology and who are focused on providing a totally client-based service, providing technical support and developing new products to provide benefits and added value.

The Quality Control Department.

Our ISO certification and HACCP quality control system reaffirms our commitment to offer products of the highest quality. To fulfil this goal, our Quality Control Department works closely with Production in the monitoring of all our manufacturing processes.
