Alginate

Alginate is a biopolymerthat is widely distributed in the cell walls of marine brown algae. These organic polymers are alginic acid derivatives.

The main property of this substance is acting as a gelling agent particularly suited to improve texture and overall appearance of Food products; meat, fish, fat, fruit etc..


Binder Alginate is presented in powder,  when it is mixed with water in the correct proportions, by a chemical reaction, achieves the purpose of providing structuring and gelling advantages to all kind of Food.
