LyoCulture consisteix en una àmplia gamma de cultius inicials per a diferents aplicacions lactis, carn i veganes, proporcionant un gran panell de textura, sabor i post-acidificació. La gamma LyoCulture també inclou barreges que actuen com a conservants durant la vida útil del producte, amb una protecció altament eficient en condicions d’emmagatzematge difícils.
