BINDER 1.0 is a multifunctional product that may be used with any type of animal or vegetable fat, without affecting the taste of your final products. The fat can be frozen, cooked and cut, as desired, before being added to products during the manufacturing process. It is suitable for cooked, as well as fresh and cured products.
