Nuestro BDF ProtActive F est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ser usado como base aglutinante en productos formados como hamburguesas de origen vegetal, como sustituto de la metilcelulosa. Por su parte, nuestro BDF ProtActive F 2.0 es la formulaci\u00f3n total para producir pasta fresca de legumbre; adem\u00e1s, BDF ProtActive FP est\u00e1 desarrollado para sustituir el aislado de soja en productos c\u00e1rnicos emulsionados. Por \u00faltimo, BDF ProtActive FR es la soluci\u00f3n ideal para producir queso an\u00e1logo vegano.
Asimismo hemos lanzado el nuevo producto: Binder EM F est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para producir productos emulsionados cocidos veganos. Este es una mezcla funcional que contiene almid\u00f3n de haba, concentrado de prote\u00edna de haba, fibra de guisante, alginato de sodio, fosfato y sulfato c\u00e1lcico.
Y como otra novedad tenemos nuestro BDF VeggActive: esta mezcla est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada a producir huevo l\u00edquido vegano a nivel industrial y prote\u00ednas (guisante, haba y garbanzo), distintos aditivos y colorantes.
