In any case this Internal Information System could be use by:
Employees.
Self-employed workers.
Any person working for, or under the supervision and direction of, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Those who report information about infringements obtained within the framework of a labor or statutory relationship that has already ended.
Interns and workers undergoing training periods.
Persons whose employment relationship has not yet begun, in cases where information about infringements was obtained during the selection process.
