This year BDF will be more active than ever at the most important international trade fairs in the ingredients sector. BDF will be presenting our latest technological innovations using the Transglutaminase enzyme and our Starter Cultures so our 2019 agenda is already packed with events.
Next month will mark our first ever visit to Expo Carnes y Lácteos, a trade fair held from the 26th to the 28th of February in the city of Monterrey (Mexico) with BDF representation in the capable hands of our national distributor (STAND 840).
Food Ingredients China will be our second international fair, and one with a high level of potential for BDF. The event will be held from the 18th to the 20th of March in the city of Shanghai (China). You will be able to find us in Hall 6 - STAND 61W13 where our technical and sales team will be happy to attend to your needs.
Halfway through the year, the BDF team will be travelling to Frankfurt (Germany) to attend the IFFA trade fair, the leading international fair in the meat industry, a sector where BDF has been working for several years. The fair runs from the 4th through to the 9th of May, and we’ll be at STAND 258 with our latest developments in functional formulations.
The next IFT19 will be taking place from the 2nd of June to the 5th of June in New Orleans (USA) and this also marks BDF’s first visit to this major event. The United States has marked potential with a multitude of opportunities for the food industry and is an obvious strategic market for BDF. We’ll be on hand in STAND 4615.
And last but not least, we will be exhibiting our products and working methods at Food Ingredients Asia from the 11th to the 13th of September in Bangkok (Thailand) at STAND P39 and at Food Ingredients Europe between the 3rd and the 5th of December in Paris (France) in Hall 6 - STAND 6M84.
